MANILA, Philippines, December 17th, 2024 — ASUS Philippines announces its exciting SHARE 2024 promo, offering exclusive deals on select DIY PC components and accessories. This limited-time promotion runs from December 1 to January 31, 2025.

Promotion Mechanics

1. The Share 2024 – OP promotion runs from December 1 to January 31, 2025.
2. End users must purchase any ASUS or ROG participating products (Motherboard, Graphics Card, AIO liquid coolers, PSU, LCD Monitors, Routers, or Peripherals) within the promotion period to get premium items.
3. Only purchases of participating ASUS products with a Php 5,000.00 minimum single receipt will be accepted. Hereafter is the bundle matrix: 

4. End users must register the required details on https://ph.asus.click/opshare2024: 

• Name
• Home Address
• Mobile Number
• Product Serial number
• Purchase Date
• Purchase Store
  Photo of the invoice
• Photo of the serial number

5. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the end user confirming the successful registration.
6. Commercial and/or bulk purchases of more than one (1) product under the same product line are disqualified from joining the promotion.
7 . Employees of ASUS Philippines Cand their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining. 
8. ASUS Philippines Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy.

Determination of Bundles:

• Upon registration of valid purchase, customers will be notified of through email of their claim status from asus.com within ten (10) working days.
• Customers must claim their prizes on or before January 31, 2024. If for any reason, the customer is unable to claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of ASUS Philippines Corporation with prior approval from DTI.
• Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
• By participating in this promo all participants grant ASUS Philippines Corporation exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, ASUS Philippines Website, or official ASUS Philippines Facebook Page.
• 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by ASUS Philippines.

Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any Asus or ROG participating product will be determined as qualified.

Promotion Event Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion – Share 2024 (“Promotion”). is hosted by ASUS Philippines Corporation (ASUS).
2. Detailed information with respect to how to join and receive the ASUS merchandise in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions
3. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the end user confirming the successful registration. 
4. The promotion will only take place in areas included in the Philippine territory. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period, you acknowledge the following:

            4.1 You shall be considered as an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
            4.2 The Promotion applies to the purchase of eligible products.
            4.3 Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
            4.4 The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
            4.5 Purchase of eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence and only from participating dealers.
            4.6 This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion.

5. If there is no status update on the end users’ claim, you may proceed to email asus.philippines@gmail.com to check. Please input the subject as [Promo Status] OP Share 2024. In the mail body, include your name, delivery address, and the serial number of the claimed product.
6 . ASUS reserves the right to modify the Promotion details without prior notice.
7.Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion.
8. You must behave in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitute any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights with prior approval of DTI.

If the customer shall return the item due to hidden defect of the item, guaranties, warranties, and remedies provided for under Republic Act No. 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines and other pertinent laws shall prevail.
