MSI announces repair service for faster service to customers in select cities and provinces across PH

Manila, Philippines – 22 October 2021 – MSI, a world leader in producing high-performance and innovative laptops, officially announces its partnership with another wave of select authorized service providers to make repair services more accessible for its partners and customers across and outside Metro Manila.

MSI authorized repair partners to allow a faster turnaround time for the whole service process. MSI is committed to serving its’ customers with excellent service, which is why they look to provide these partners by expanding and partnering outside Metro Manila. 

Recently, MSI added Legazpi City, Cagayan City, Cebu City, and Zamboanga City to their roster of authorized service providers who accommodate MSI laptops for repairs. Target areas such as Davao City, Cagayan de Oro City, Tarlac City, Baguio City, Ormoc City, San Fernando City, Tacloban City and Cabanatuan City were added as well to better serve MSI’s partners and customers.

MSI users within and outside Metro Manila can expect quality service as they can go directly to an authorized partner around their area for unit assessment and provide proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Safety protocols are strictly enforced and observed in the authorized service locations for the safety of the public. 

Moreover, customers in NCR can either go to SM Mega Mall, SM North Edsa, or SM Mall of Asia or they can get repair services through MSI’s pick-up service. This is available for selected MSI laptop models that are still covered by the warranty.
